All work required to repair Bulk fencing, fence grounding, Lightning Protection System, and canopy roof drain system. Install Basket Strainer, Install Flow Switch, Install Pressure Gauges, Install Sight Flow Indicator, Replace Loading Arm Swivel Joints, Install Offload Meter and Meter Proving Connections, Install Truck Loading Control Valve, Install Thermal Relief Valves, and Replace Threaded Piping and Fittings, Install Issue Meter Basket Strainer, and repair improper flexible conduit and Missing Sealing Fitting. Install Basket Strainer, Install Flow Switch, Install Pressure Gauges, Install Sight Flow Indicator, Replace Loading Arm Swivel Joints, Install Offload Meter and Meter Proving Connections, Install Truck Loading Control Valve, Install Thermal Relief Valves, Repair Filter Separator Control Valve, Repair Grounding on Catwalk and Ladder, Repair overfill alarm, Seal Open Fittings, and Repair Exposed Meter Conductors. All work to repair Missing EFSO Alarm and Signage. All work to repair Roll Over Curbs and Containment Drain Piping. All work to repair Equipment Pad. All work to Install Shear Valve on dispenser Piping, and repair Grounding Connections on Dispenser. All work required to repair MSS perimeter fence grounding. All work to repair Missing Handhole Cover on Light Pole and Change Pole Lights to LED. All work to relocate light poles. All work to repair asphalt pavement and concrete pavement to accomplish tank and dispenser infrastructure replacement. All work to remove Oil-water separator. All work to provide a new remote containment basin. All work to install New Mogas Dispenser Island and dispenser, including removal of the existing. All work to install New F-24 Dispenser Island and dispensers, including removal of the existing. All work to install New Mogas AST with catwalk and stairs, including removal of the existing.
