Description

The City of Bell is seeking qualified consultants to provide a wide range of professional services to support its Public Works Department. These services include staff augmentation, project and construction management, various engineering disciplines, architectural design, environmental compliance, and grant administration, among others. Contracts will be awarded on an as-needed basis through task orders or quotes, with a duration of two years and no guaranteed minimum work. Firms may submit proposals for one or more disciplines in which they are qualified, and selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and the best interest of the City.
