Description

The Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBCS), a Rural Development agency of the USDA, issued a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) on October 16, 2024, for grant, guaranteed loan, and combined applications under the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) for Fiscal Years 2025-2027. This notice rescinds that NOFO due to ongoing regulatory changes to the REAP program. Applicants who previously submitted applications must submit new applications under the updated regulations, unless they have a fully executed Financial Assistance Agreement. Alternate procedures for processing applications are provided, and grant applications will be processed according to a future funding notice after new regulations are issued.
