The State of Delaware's Office of Management and Budget is soliciting construction management services for the new forensic science building at The Bissell Campus in Wilmington, Delaware. The project involves constructing approximately 100,000 square feet of forensic science facilities including Medical Examiner, Forensic Chemistry, DNA, Toxicology, and Forensic Evidence units, along with administrative offices and a community meeting room. The existing historic hospital building's exterior walls and structure will be retained and restored, with interior renovations and new additions. The selected construction management firm will provide pre-construction and construction phase services including cost estimating, bid package development, contractor coordination, and project oversight.
