Description

The City of New York Department of Transportation is soliciting proposals for an Engineering Service Agreement (ESA) to provide vessel engineering and related technical services. The contract involves naval architecture, marine engineering, value engineering, constructability reviews, operation analysis, transportation planning, and owner's representative services for ferries and other marine vessels owned and operated by the City. The contract term is anticipated to be three years with an option to renew for two additional years, and the estimated contract value is $12,000,000.
