Description
The City of Upper Arlington is soliciting proposals from consultants to develop a Waterline Replacement Prioritization Report. The selected consultant will provide a prioritized list of waterline improvements to be completed between 2028 and 2038, aiming to reduce waterline breaks to no more than 11 breaks per 100 miles of pipe per year by 2038.
