The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency are seeking an authorized Genesys Partner to manage and maintain the Genesys Cloud contact center platform. The scope includes subscription management, alert and incident management, level 1 support, account and change management, moves/adds/changes, and system maintenance.
