This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0023 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Black Jack Campground Renovations on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 237990. The small business size standard is $45 Million. This acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Work includes removing site features, including signs, trees, campfire rings, grills, and other miscellaneous items. Constructing roads, low-water crossings, parking areas, drainage channel, camping spurs, tent pads, trails, sidewalks, overlook slab with railing, installing toilets, grills, installing gates, firepits and a ramada.
