Description

Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is issuing this solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set‑Aside for the procurement of a brand‑name TESCOM Valve/Regulator, Pressure, 1/2" SAE Ports, DWG 26‑1064‑18‑866, P/N 26‑1064‑18‑866. This Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) requirement is for the delivery of the exact TESCOM‑manufactured component specified. No substitutions or alternate products will be accepted.

This acquisition is being conducted as a brand‑name requirement in accordance with FAR 11.105. The TESCOM part is the only item that meets the technical, dimensional, and performance characteristics required for compatibility with existing shipyard systems.

The contractor shall provide the brand‑name item along with a Certificate of Compliance and documentation confirming the item meets the Mercury‑Free requirement. All terms, conditions, instructions to offerors, and evaluation criteria are included within this solicitation.
