Description

Alameda County Health (AC Health) is seeking to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide housing and homelessness services. The vendor pool will cover four service categories: Housing Community Supports, Health and Supportive Services, Interim and Permanent Housing Administration, and Homelessness Prevention Services. Services include direct services to the target population, program start-up activities, capacity-building and technical assistance, and innovative evidence-based practices.
