The Water Security Agency (WSA) is seeking a qualified and independent consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive IT Capability (Maturity) Assessment and develop a multi-year digital transformation roadmap. The focus is on application portfolio consolidation and modernization to reduce technical debt, improve service reliability and security, and align IT capabilities with future business needs. The assessment will benchmark current maturity across applications, infrastructure, service delivery, and data maturity, identify gaps and risks, and produce a prioritized, cost-aware modernization roadmap for executive decision-making.
