This Brand Name Only Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 12 Simplified Acquisition procedures. 502d CONS/PKD will issue a single firm fixed-price purchase order for the brand name DroneShield Immediate Response Kit (IRK), to the responsible small business vendor whose quote confirms the terms and conditions of this solicitation and offers the best value to the Government. Best Value is defined as the lowest price technically acceptability quotation.
