Description

The City of Norwalk is seeking creative proposals from qualified and interested parties to operate an arts space within a mixed-use building currently under construction at 61 Wall Street. The selected operator will manage a community-oriented arts space located in the building's first-floor retail area, enhancing Norwalk's arts and cultural offerings.
