The City of Las Vegas is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced operators to manage and program The Good Word Social Club, a market hall and small business incubator. The selected operator will be responsible for maintaining the commercial viability of the venue while supporting its mission as a small business incubator and accelerator. The operator must uphold high standards of hospitality and operational quality and serve as a community hub and visitor destination in the Historic Westside. Proposals must be submitted both in hard copy and electronically by May 5, 2026.
