SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking to acquire Linx system products and related items for medical use. - Government Buyer: - State University of New York (SUNY), SUNY Upstate Medical University - OEMs and Vendors: - Johnson & Johnson MedTech (preferred OEM for Linx system) - Open to equivalent products from other manufacturers - Products/Services Requested: - Linx system products and related items - Vendors may offer equivalent products - Vendors offering equivalents must provide free supporting documentation and product samples for examination, demonstration, and trial - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All vendor communications must go through the designated purchasing associate (per NYS Finance Law 139 j&k) - Compliance with Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a is required - Discretionary purchase valued at less than $50,000 - Preference for Johnson & Johnson MedTech products, but equivalents are allowed if properly documented and demonstrated

SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Linx system products and related items from Johnson & Johnson MedTech. Vendors who can supply this product or an equivalent are invited to contact the purchasing associate for quote specifications or to discuss the opportunity before the due date. Vendors offering equivalents must provide free supporting documentation and product for examination, demonstration, and trial.
