Description
The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission (CVRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide loan underwriting, loan servicing, and financial product design advice for a $1 million Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) grant secured from the EPA. This fund will support remediation and redevelopment of eligible brownfield sites within the region, prioritizing projects that offer public benefits such as reducing contaminant exposure, creating affordable housing, generating jobs, and enhancing flood resilience.
