Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N6449821G4003 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 1070 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22901 for the procurement of control systems server material for LCS Class ships. The Government intends to make an award in FY26. 

Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l), Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort. The proposed award and resulting contract modifications are for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. 

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
