Le ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF) cherche à obtenir des services professionnels pour la prise de photographies aériennes géoréférencées et la photogrammétrie numérique. L'appel d'offres vise à octroyer deux contrats pour réaliser des photographies aériennes multispectrales (bandes couleur RGB et infrarouge NIR), la production de modèles photogrammétriques et d'orthophotographies à une résolution de 20 cm. Le contrat débutera à la signature et se terminera le 31 mars 2027, avec les travaux devant être réalisés avant le 30 novembre 2026. Les soumissionnaires doivent avoir un établissement permanent au Québec ou dans un territoire visé par les accords gouvernementaux applicables.
