Description
The Government of Canada, through the Ministry of Citizens' Services, Network Connectivity Service Branch, intends to extend the term of the current Master Telecommunication Services Agreements (MTSA) on an interim basis to ensure continuity of Digital Facilities Telecommunications Services while a new competitive procurement process is completed. The Ministry provides a wide range of services to British Columbians and manages a data connectivity network connecting approximately 1000 offices and public sector organizations. Due to changes in procurement approach and trade law obligations, the Province is updating its procurement process, delaying the solicitation drafting and procurement documentation. The new solicitation is expected around December 2026, with contracts initiated by mid-February 2027.
