The California State Lottery is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction project management services for the relocation of its Richmond District Office and other capital projects across the state. - Scope of Work: - Manage the purchase and renovation of an 11,000–13,000 sq. ft. commercial mixed-use office/warehouse or new construction on a 0.6–1.0-acre site in specified Bay Area cities (Daly City, San Francisco, South San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, Emeryville) - Provide project management for all phases: pre-construction, design, construction, and close-out - Services delivered on an as-needed, task order basis for the Richmond District Office and other Lottery facilities (Headquarters Campus, district offices, distribution warehouses statewide) - Notable Requirements: - Minimum five years of relevant experience - Ability to manage projects in occupied facilities with minimal disruption - Compliance with insurance, business licensing, and information security requirements (including GenAI Impact Assessment for any Generative AI solutions used) - Adherence to NIST SP 800-53 and Zero Trust principles for any AI solutions - Ownership of all generated outputs by the Lottery - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract term is three years with options for two additional one-year extensions - Work will be performed at multiple Lottery facilities across California, including the Richmond District Office, Headquarters Campus, and various district offices and distribution centers

The California State Lottery is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction project management services to support the relocation of its Richmond District Office and other capital projects. The contract will involve managing either the purchase and renovation of an existing commercial building or new construction on raw land in specified Bay Area cities. Services will be provided on an as-needed, task order basis, covering all project phases from pre-construction through close-out. The contract term is three years with options to extend for two additional one-year terms.
