Description
The California State Lottery is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction project management services to support the relocation of its Richmond District Office and other capital projects. The contract will involve managing either the purchase and renovation of an existing commercial building or new construction on raw land in specified Bay Area cities. Services will be provided on an as-needed, task order basis, covering all project phases from pre-construction through close-out. The contract term is three years with options to extend for two additional one-year terms.
