Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting bids for HVAC replacement services in San Diego County. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, permits, disposal fees, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove three old heat pump HVAC units and install two equivalent new units. The work must be performed at the District 11 Museum located at 4024 Taylor Street, San Diego, CA. Bidders must possess a C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license and a valid Motor Carrier Permit. Subcontracting is not permitted under this agreement.
