The removal and replacement of 84 double stack washer & dryers All replacements shall include new water hoses, drain lines, and dryer venting from the appliance to the wall connection point in the common areas for Buildings 214 & 216. Requirement calls for the removal and replacement of: - 42 double stack washers and dryers for Building 214 - 42 double stack washers and dryers for Building 216 OPTIONAL WASHER AND DRYER CLIN: To perform all work required same as above CLIN for the removal and replacement of 36 washer & dryers in the common areas. -18 side-by-side (non-stackable) washers and dryers for Building 205 -18 side-by-side (non-stackable) washers and dryers for Building 207
