PROJECT TITLE & INTENT OF SERVICES

Janitorial Services, Avery Office and Engine Bay

The USDA Forest Service (USFS) is contracting for janitorial services for a potential 5-year period of performance. The contract type is firm-fixed-price (FFP) and will be awarded to one vendor. Janitorial services are needed for two (2) federally controlled buildings as described within the attached request for quotation (RFQ).

PROJECT LOCATION

The janitorial services location is forty miles outside of St. Maries, ID (Pop. 2,500) at 34 Hoyt Drive, Avery, ID 83802 which is on the St. Joe River Road, FH50 (Paved) mile marker 40.6 and about 6 miles before the town of Avery, ID (Pop. 25).
