Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), VISN 8 Network Contracting Office, James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612, intends to award a sole source contract to Arjo, Inc. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, tools, and parts necessary to provide a full-service repair contract. The Period of Performance (POP) is for 5/01/2026 – 6/30/2026 with only one source, Arjo, Inc. under the authority Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(1).

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, administrative support, technical services, labor, tools, parts, supplies, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform Ceiling Mounted Patient Lifts Hemodialysis repairs at JAHVH. Arjo, Inc. is the only service provider for the Arjo Lift System and can provide warranty services and/or upgrades for the Arjo Lift System @ JAHVH.
