This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services- FAR Overhaul. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
