Description
The Government intends to issue a modification to extend GSA Contract GS00F012AA Task Order (TO) # 75N94022F00046 for three additional months, to prevent a lapse in mission critical services to the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) at the National Institutes of Health. The purpose of this modification is to issue an Extension to the current contract from April 22, 2026 to July 21, 2026, to ensure continuity of critical research services for NICHD’s scientists. The objective is to allow the Contractor to continue providing program support for study operations, data collection, management, analysis, and reporting and development of methodological packages and software. This extension is to prevent a break of mission critical services while providing the Government adequate time to continue acquisition planning for the recompetition of these services on a competitive basis. This action is conducted under the authority of the GSA Multiple-Award Schedule (GSA MAS) program.
Consideration of schedule contractors will be restricted in accordance with:
GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(ii), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
