Request for Quote (RFQ) #: 36C25926Q0348 Triennial Switchgear and Battery Testing Certification for Eastern Colorado Healthcare System (ECHCS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. A Site Visit will be held for this requirement. The Site Visit is highly recommended but not mandatory. When: 9:00 AM MT, Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 Where: 1700 N. Wheeling St., Aurora, CO 80045 Parking: Visitor North (PVN) Once parked, proceed to Level 1 through the main doors.
