The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA), is seeking Field Service Representative (FSR) support for electronic warfare (EW) radio frequency (RF) systems: - Government Buyer: - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, Department of the Navy, NAVSEA - Services Requested: - Field Service Representative (FSR) support for ground-based and low-altitude EW/RF systems - Technical support and training for end users, including EW officers and units - Assistance with system maintenance and operation - Locations: - Support required at various locations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) - Missions may occur in all Combatant Command (COCOM) and other Areas of Operation (AOR) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - FSRs must be able to travel to multiple domestic and international locations as needed - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are identified in the notice - The procurement is for services only, not for equipment or hardware

Description

This requirement is for Field Service Representative (FSR) support for ground based and low altitude electronic warfare (EW) radio frequency (RF) systems in support of missions in all Combatant Command (COCOM), and other Areas of Operation (AOR) as they are identified. The FSRs will provide technical support to end users of EW/RF systems, by training EW officers and individual units on system maintenance and operation. FSRs will travel to customers in both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.
