This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits contractors to provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary for the abatement of asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint in Building 4008 at Camp Roberts, as identified in the McKenna Report.
