The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda is soliciting proposals for a Project Manager to support the Superior Courts of California that have contracts with Journal Technologies for the eCourt electronic case management system. The Project Manager will coordinate statewide efforts, manage communication among participating courts, and support the Steering Committee and User Group. The contract duration is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with options to extend through June 30, 2031. Proposals are due by April 28, 2026.
