Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits bids for the replacement of HVAC system elements and accessories at the Sacramento Okinawa Readiness Center. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to complete the work as specified in the plans and specifications. A mandatory pre-bid job walk is scheduled for April 6, 2026, and all prospective bidders must attend to be eligible to submit a bid. Bids must be submitted via email by April 13, 2026, with the bid opening on April 27, 2026.
