The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ, is seeking contractors for a five-year, multiple award IDIQ contract to provide alteration and installation support services for Aviation Support Equipment (SE) and Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) at shipboard and shore site locations. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ - Scope of Work: - Alteration and installation support for SE and ALRE at U.S. Navy ships and shore facilities - Services include: structural, welding, electrical, pipefitting, HVAC, quality assurance, non-destructive testing, fire watch, painting, LAN/fiber optic systems, rigging, hazardous material disposition, and more - Key labor categories: managers, project specialists, welders, electricians, telecom installers, quality inspectors (with required certifications and experience) - Deliverables: artisan lists, QA workbooks, reports, bill of materials, and contract data requirement lists - Products/Services Requested: - Cost plus fixed fee labor, travel, and material requirements for each of five ordering years (CLINs 0001-0015) - Artisan List and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CLINs 0016-0017) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Work must be performed at both shipboard and shore site locations, including U.S. and international naval bases (e.g., Japan) - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 336611 - On-ramping allowed to add contractors during the contract period - Guaranteed minimum order of $500 - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Estimated contract value: up to $49.4 million over five years
