U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property Operations intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.103-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency to Haggards Excavating LLC, 212 N College St., Neosho, MO 64850.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures ($45.0).The object of this sole source award to Haggards Excavating is for the urgent repair of a well pump, motor, and associated well pipe.
