The California Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety is seeking a Senior Technical Lead consultant to support its Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS): - Government Buyer: - California Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety, Administrative Services Division - OEM Highlight: - Cornerstone OnDemand is the sole OEM referenced, as the LMS platform in scope - Services Requested: - Senior Technical Lead Consulting Services for the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS - Ongoing system maintenance, optimization, and configuration - Troubleshooting and user experience enhancement - Data management, reporting, and compliance - Training, technical support, and security management - Continuous improvement of the LMS platform - Requirements: - Consultant must hold a current Technology, Digital, and Data Consulting (TDDC) Master Services Agreement (MSA) - Experience with California state departments, including newly created agencies - Submission of three signed references and meeting specific education/experience criteria - Ideally, Cornerstone certified partner for Learning System Management module - Compliance with California civil rights laws and Executive Order N-6-22 - Contract Details: - 24-month base period with an option to extend for 12 additional months - Estimated annual labor hours: 520 - Maximum contract value for base period: $250,000 - Part-time availability permitted; work authorizations issued monthly - Place of Performance: - Services are primarily remote, with the contracting office at 715 P Street, 15th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814

Description

The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety of the State of California is soliciting offers for Senior Technical Lead (STL) Consulting Services under Request for Offer (RFO) 25-1023. The consultant will provide technical services including ongoing maintenance, optimization, system configuration, troubleshooting, user experience enhancement, data management, reporting, training, support, compliance, and security management for the Department's Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System platform. The contract term is 24 months with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. Respondents must hold a current Technology, Digital, and Data Consulting (TDDC) Master Services Agreement (MSA) and meet specified minimum qualifications.
