Description
The primary objective of this contract is to obtain the services of a qualified and experienced Contractor to perform the required Services, which include the collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste, in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform all services in a safe, timely, environmentally responsible, and compliant manner, ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
