The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) at Puerto Rico has a requirement for Strong T-Bar Retractor System for thoracic surgeries. The Strong T-Bar Retractor System equipment is a single-post, table-mounted Internal Mammary Artery (IMA) retractor with Cheanvechai rakes, and shall meet the following salient characteristics: a. Strong Support Bar: i. Quantity: 2 ea. ii. Model No.: 341112 b. Rail Clamp for Strong T-Bar: i. Quantity: 2 ea. ii. For strong T-bar iii. Model No.: 34111 c. Cheanvechai-Favaloro Rake Assembly: i. Quantity: 4 ea. ii. Curved iii. 4 prongs iv. Mode No.: 341131 d. Cheanvechai Swivel Rake Assembly: i. Quantity: 4 ea. ii. Model No.: 341133 Ergonomic properties with high quality construction, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved, medical-grade product, stainless steel, German steel, aligned with Association for the Advancement of Medical Instruments (AAMI) standards high quality and durable. Ergonomic design facilitates surgery.
