The National Park Service, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office, is seeking information from small businesses for the potential purchase of three new snowmobiles for Grand Teton National Park. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office - Grand Teton National Park - OEMs and Vendors: - Ski-Doo (Bombardier Recreational Products Inc.) is specified as the reference OEM for the required model; "or equivalent" alternatives are allowed - Products/Services Requested: - Three (3) new 2025-2026 model snowmobiles - Reference model: Ski-Doo Summit Adrenaline Edge 850-154 X-3 or equivalent - Must meet detailed engine, suspension, dimension, and transmission specifications for mountain and deep snow use - Intended for Park Service Rangers for winter operations, including mountain rescue and emergency response - Title work and licensing included; trailers are excluded - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery or pickup required in Moose, WY, by a specified date - Competitive opportunity targeting small business categories (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB) - Detailed technical specifications must be met for equivalency - Trailers are not part of the procurement - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Grand Teton National Park, with delivery or pickup in Moose, WY
