NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) is seeking an annual renewal of Agile Products Support (APS) software, managed by the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC). - Government Buyer: - NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC), contracting office at Stennis Space Center, MS - Place of performance: Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), Huntsville, AL - OEM and Vendor: - CONCEPTS NREC, LLC is the sole source and OEM for Agile Products Support (APS) software - Products and Services Requested: - Annual renewal of Agile Products Support (APS) for all currently licensed CAE Agile software products - Includes technical support, software maintenance, updates/upgrades, and APS Users Group membership - No new software licenses are being procured; renewal covers existing licenses only - Technical support, software maintenance, software updates/upgrades, and customer support services - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Sole source procurement: Only CONCEPTS NREC, LLC can provide the required APS software and support - Renewal must be completed before service interruption to ensure continuity - All services are delivered remotely to MSFC personnel - Membership in the APS Users Group is included for continued access to user resources and feedback channels
