The U.S. Army Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is seeking a contractor to perform an onsite Combustible Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) at its Composite Shop Prep and Finish Room in Corpus Christi, Texas. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) - Army Contracting Command (ACC) at CCAD - Services Requested: - Onsite Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) in accordance with NFPA 660 Chapter 7 (Latest Revision), Standard for Combustible Dusts and Particulate Solids - Includes explosivity and combustibility testing of dust samples - Preparation of a detailed DHA report with findings and recommendations - Coordination with CCAD personnel, progress meetings, and report revisions if necessary - Unique Requirements: - Contractor personnel must have relevant certifications - Strict quality control and adherence to CCAD security protocols - All technical and performance requirements are detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are identified; the focus is on specialized analytical services - Place of performance is the Corpus Christi Army Depot Composite Shop Prep and Finish Room, Corpus Christi, TX - Contract duration is 8 weeks from award, with the DHA report due within two weeks after onsite testing
