Description

This solicitation is for the construction of a new 15,000 square-foot steel frame and brick masonry building designed to support conference/events, seminars, lab/classrooms, offices, and a catering/demonstration kitchen. The facility will feature substantial fenestration to allow views through to the water beyond and includes plans for a rooftop terrace for events. The project aims to create a destination hub beyond marine science with spaces suitable for public meetings and large lectures. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 22, 2026, at the Gloucester Point Campus.
