Washington County is soliciting competitive prime contract bids for the Phase 2 remodel of the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) in Stillwater, MN. The project involves interior renovations of approximately 4,503 square feet on secure level 1 to create a new Emergency Operations Center, matts and weight room, temporary office space, and about 5,982 square feet on secure level 2 into new patrol office space.
