Description

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) under the U.S. Department of Transportation is requesting public comments on a determination regarding the coastwise use of the foreign-built small passenger vessel M/V SUSIE G. The Secretary of Transportation is authorized to make such determinations for vessels carrying no more than twelve passengers for hire.
