Description
The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) and the Farm Service Agency (FSA) are requesting comments on an extension, without change, of a currently approved information collection. This collection involves the use of form FSA325 to determine whether representatives or survivors of a producer who has died, disappeared, or been declared incompetent are entitled to receive payments earned by that producer. The information helps FSA county office employees document relationships and determine payment shares and precedence for disbursing payments to eligible individuals. The estimated annual burden is 1,000 hours with approximately 2,000 respondents.
