Inouye International Airport (HNL), Kahului Airport (OGG), Lihue Airport (LIH), Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA), Hilo International Airport (ITO), Lanai Airport (LNY), and Molokai Airport (MKK) - Quantities: - High-volume fingerprinting and threat assessment services (e.g., 10,000+ fingerprint fees at HNL) - Annual lease and maintenance per airport, with quarterly maintenance support - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be a TSA-certified DAC with at least three years of experience in airport badging environments - Timely technical support and preventative maintenance are mandatory - Integration with Intellisoft IDMS is required at certain airports - All fees, including Hawaii General Excise Tax, must be included in bids - Liquidated damages and FAA/TSA fines apply for nonperformance - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs mandated for the DAC system; Intellisoft is named as the IDMS for integration - Estimated contract duration is one year with up to four annual extensions, not exceeding five years total.

Description

This solicitation is issued by the Hawaii Department of Transportation Airports Division for the provision of designated aviation channeling services statewide.
