The City of Los Banos is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a qualified agency or firm to provide retail, restaurant, hospital, and downtown recruitment strategy and services to support economic development efforts. The scope includes conducting demographic and psychographic analyses, retailer gap analysis, healthcare analysis, and developing recruitment strategies and presentation materials. Proposals must be submitted by November 8, 2019, and firms are responsible for ensuring timely delivery.
