Description

The scope includes conducting demographic and psychographic analyses, retailer gap analysis, healthcare analysis, and developing recruitment strategies and presentation materials. Proposals must be submitted by November 8, 2019, and firms are responsible for ensuring timely delivery. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract to the firm best able to perform the required services.
