Description

The City of Los Banos is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering design, environmental clearance, and construction support services for improvements at the intersection of State Route 165 and Vineyard Drive. The project scope includes preparing an Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) report, designing a traffic signal or roundabout as warranted, and following Caltrans processes for non-standard features. Proposals must be submitted by June 7, 2023, and will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the RFP. The selected consultant will be recommended to the City Council for contract approval.
