The City of Los Banos is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Progressive-Design-Build Entities (PDBEs) to provide design and construction services for the Los Banos Civic Center Project. The project includes renovation and construction work at three properties: the Police Annex at 535 J Street, City Hall at 520 J Street, and the Police Station at 945 5th Street. The procurement method is a qualifications-based selection process with a Progressive-Design-Build budget of $7.8 million. The selected entity will enter a Preconstruction Phase followed by a Progressive-Design-Build Phase.
