CreateTO, on behalf of the City of Toronto's Housing Development Office and Housing Secretariat, is seeking proposals for Phase 1 redevelopment of the site at 805 Wellington Street West. The project involves designing and developing a mid-rise building to operate as a supportive housing program, managed by a non-profit specialized operator.
