Description

The Insurance Corporation of BC (ICBC) is seeking a partner to support its modernization efforts by assessing current software delivery practices and defining a comprehensive Software Delivery Strategy. This strategy will cover the full application lifecycle, modern engineering practices, governance, security, and tooling to enable faster, secure, and resilient delivery. The initiative supports over 30 Agile teams and more than 400 applications as ICBC transitions to a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment. The solicitation is a Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) with a closing date of May 11, 2026.
