The City of Galveston is soliciting sealed proposals for the restoration of the Texas Heroes Monument. Qualified vendors are invited to submit electronic proposals via the City's online portal by 10:00 a.m. CST on May 13, 2026. The project must be completed by October 31, 2026, and the City reserves the right to award multiple agreements or reject any proposals.
